The new location was easy to find, the building is brand new and very clean. The staff at the front desk were friendly and inviting and explained all of the paperwork that needed to be filled out. The doctor's assistant was great at helping us feel comfortable as she did a few tests before the doctor came in. Dr. Ivie was very kind and friendly but also very professional and knowledgeable. After doing some tests he diagnosed the problem and explained everything in a clear way. He had the items needed to help fix the problem on hand helped us understand how to use them properly. We were very happy with our visit and are confidant that the problem will resolve thanks to Dr. Ivie. We will recommend this office to everyone!
The front staff is always amazing! Dr Ivie is great he really takes his time and answers any of your questions you might have. I’ve been going to this office for a good 5+ yrs and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
I will never go anywhere else! Jared is very good at what he does! He is the kindest most genuine eye doctor I know. He makes us feel like we are the most important patients and has helped my husband out with multiple eye emergency’s. The staff at family vision is so great to work with. Very kind and professional!
